The video throws a somber Michael Angelakos' into the middle of a high-society day party. As word continues to spread about the unstable metal condition of Michael Angelakos, we can now see some of that frustration in a visual form in the video for “Constant Conversations”. With a slew of upper class, spoiled brats, the Passion Pit frontman wades around like a dead body, giving no attention to anyone. While we’re not quite sure what this affair is about (maybe someone just died?), it does seem to have an overarching somber feel to it. Passion Pit has just debuted a new music video for Gossamer  tune "Constant Conversations." The clip features actors Analeigh Tipton, Taryn Manning, Roger Guenveur Smith and Peter Bogdanovichblah. For this laid back tune " Constant Conversations " from their recently released album Gossamer , Passion Pit gives us country club visuals, bleached by a nostalgic sun, sedated by the slow mo camera. This week is particularly special, and I'll tell you why.  One of our favorite albums this year is out today!  In addition to the ridiculous amount of great music out this week (perhaps the best week yet this summer), that stunning album we're excited about comes  from The Blakes , titled Art of Losses .  The album itself moves from The Dandy Warhols' to Modest Mouse and David Bowie-like vocals.  The album is inescapable, offering something for every rock genre all the way down to my favorite track (surely to be on our year end lists) titled "Sea [...]

Passion Pit has always been a poison apple — or peach, if you want to maintain "pit" congruity — for frontman  Michael Angelakos . He completely indulges his thoughts until bursts of vivid ideas spew forth, but this allows confusion and dread to rush in too.
