Fresh off their Madison Square Garden debut,  Passion Pit  and tour-mates  Matt & Kim  and  Icona Pop  headed over to Rochester, New York for what I would consider as the city's most impressive bill in quite some time. I am not sure if I am actually a fan of Passion Pit. There’s a petty bone in my soul that resents the infectious popularity of their act (part band, part one-man show). Passion Pit has always been a poison apple — or peach, if you want to maintain "pit" congruity — for frontman  Michael Angelakos .
