A week ago Bruno Mars’ second album was released. The album became the fastest selling solo album of 2012, and quickly received lots of acclaim, positive and negative. A.V. 'Unapologetic' is the seventh Rihanna -album in seven years. An average not many artists can keep up with. The question remains however if the quantity isn’t getting in the quality’s way. Anthony Bourdain's new PBS show, The Mind of a Chef , drops Nov. 9. It looks like the entire first season will focus on Momofuku mastermind David Chang and the process behind his cooking. It's almost like a long-form documentary. If this is just the first season then I hope there are others with a similar deep dive into the life of various chefs' cooking process. I could think of 20 chefs off the top of my head I would love to see featured. [via bourdain ]
