RAC, a producer and remixer based in Portland, Ore., works some magic here with a cover/remix of one of the most famous Daft Punk songs. RAC takes a different approach and gives the original track a dark and dreamy feeling. The female vocals are almost hypnotizing and are a change of pace from the male vocals of the original.
The turnaround time here is outrageous. Bloc Party released "Octopus" no less than a week ago - with the official video hitting the airwaves yesterday - and RAC's already got their remix signed, sealed and delivered.
