Mobo recently came on my radar after hitting me for some feedback on one of her recent tracks. After detailing my thoughts, Mobo sent me a new track which is the honest narrative, "Fuck The Public". And while it's evident she is in the beginning of her journey, the dedicated bars prove she ready for the battle. It's always a good day when the Bulls are playing. Today the ' 97 Bulls are here with a new joint titled "Quis Amor (What's Love)", and will be featured on their debut project 72-10. The duo made of Murph Watkins and Brooklyn's Creative Gold, are definitely doing the game justice and they do a wonderful job showcasing their respective city's perks, as well as common issues each metropolis faces. St. Millie is quietly been accumulating more and more notoriety here in Chicago is definitely on the come up as we move into the spring and summer months. Today he gives us a very promising update, taking his bars over No I.D's "Stay". Sounds like he has a project that could be titled Glory coming soon. King Chip likes nice weather and as a fellow midwesterner I definitely can understand the inspiration for this track. "Under Palm Trees" is perfect for this time of the year, and I'm expecting Chip to make plenty of noise as we near the summer, he always does. So John Legend is coming out with a new LP Love in the Future. The album is entirely produced by Kanye West which is definitely a great look IMO.
