Real Estate dropped by Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show to perform their new song, 'Exactly Nothing'. The track is a B-Side to the latest single off of Days, 'Easy'. The song has a very upbeat opening to it and the vibe continues throughout the song.

Music videos are seldomly as ambitious as Errors' Pleasure Palaces . Errors really have something here and I know it's ridiculously early to predict my picks for best video of the year, but it's pretty hard to imagine that there will be anyone who can surpass this. Real Estate hires either the best or worst street team of all time (you be the judge) in the music video for "Easy," directed by The Best Show on WFMU's Tom Scharpling. The band launches its 2012 Winter tour this Saturday in Manhattan with a sold out show at Terminal 5 along with Girls and King Krule -- they'll also make their first appearance at Coachella this year. Here is another look in at Real Estate's new album Days , as they have dropped by Relix and performed 'Wonder Years' and 'Easy' both from the new album. Days was released on the Domino label last month and is one of the stronger albums of 2011.

New Jersey-based indie rockers Real Estate recently stopped by music magazine Relix's offices to perform an impromptu acoustic set for their staff and record this video for "Easy", the first track from the band's new album Days . I would've been happy to have been one of the lowly unpaid interns hanging around the office that day, but the recording turned out quite terrific regardless and really makes me look forward to seeing the band in a proper live setting when they set off on tour next month.
