London trio Real Fur have unveiled the video for their second single ‘The Fool’, which was today made available as a digital release.

We first introduced you to London’s Real Fur, back in April , and now the band have returned with their new single, “The Fool”. The vocals take major leaps here, and the guitars are fascinatingly cool, perfect for a late night love making session. Having previously written an Introducing piece on Real Fur it seems only right that I present you with their new song as well. Their second single The Fool will be released October 24th and is just as infectious as their debut offering Animal . It's got an underlying tropical sound that is deceptively optimistic when you take time to listen to the lyrics. Real Fur are the band behind the Safari Funk parties, a series of crazed nights held in dowdy North London launderettes (before a national tour). It's easy to get distracted by this propensity for cool events, though, and overlook Real Fur's musical ability - which is considerate. Have you ever heard of gigs in laundrettes? Neither did I before having come across this London trio, Real Fur. This band has played in many launderettes before (there was even a Laundrette Tour in May!), as the band wanted to play in places that weren’t traditional. We are often wary of band names with too much punctuation. The frustration perhaps peaked at Chk Chk Chk (or !!!) so in fairness these unnecessary additions to bands' monikers have been appearing long before Look, Stranger! Alongside this blog we also contribute to The Brighton Source Magazine and our editor recently emailed everyone stating that " Exclamation marks are straight out banned from now on.
