The finals for the 2012 Red Bull Thre3style Competition was held at Blue Frog, Delhi, and ended with DJ Skip being picked as "the country’s Ultimate Party DJ" by judges Nikhil Chinapa and DJ  Pearl. He will now fly to Chicago to participate in the International Finals in late September. DJ Skip is also a member of the four-piece EDM band from Chennai, BLaNK, that also features Dinraj, Ajmal, and Manny. Energy drink giants Red Bull have announced dates for the Red Bull Thre3style DJ competition. The competition will take place in four cities around the country and the search will be on to find India's 'Party Starter'. The Thre3style contest started in 2007 as an experiment in a Canadian nightclub and it was then expanded to a regional event that took place in six Canadian cities. By 2010, Red Bull had made the competition international with ten different countries participating and hosting Thre3style contests.
