Rihanna attended the  2012 MTV VMAs  at the Los Angeles Staples Center on Thursday night (Sept. 6). The cocky pop star turned heads as she stepped onto the red carpet wearing a her cropped hairdo in a sky high faux hawk and in a white gown which showed off RiRi's back.
