There are two more songs from ...Like Clockwork that found their way on to YouTube over the past couple days. QOTSA seem content with releasing these preview animated videos to help build the buzz around their new album. Yesterday's track "Kalopsia" features Trent Reznor on supporting vocals.   "Here's MC5 filmed live on the campus of Wayne State University in Michigan and aired on hometown TV show "Detroit Tubeworks" in 1970 doing their biggest hit "Kick Out The Jams." We found the master tapes of over 11 hours from this legendary show which had been stored in a basement in Michigan. OK. There may be some holes in this album, but most of what’s on here is a great example of highly-energized, nicely paced live rock and roll. Recorded in 1980 at the Roxy in Los Angeles, this album catches Warren Zevon in one of those rare times when he is sober. The production quality for a live performance is goo. With debuting this track last week and now the announcement of QOTSA at Made In America, I had to get on the hunt for the studio recording to download. "My God Is The Sun" is an instant classic from QOTSA. This and NIN live together? Just throw in the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and my entire wishlist for this summer will be complete.
