
Arcade Fire performed at Neil Young's Bridge School Benefit Concert last night and as usual, they delivered a fantastic set, covering songs from all three of their albums. They are one of those few and rare bands that sound perhaps even better live than on record, combining a stage presence with what seems to be a genuine excitement to be performing. For what is now a quarter of a century, Neil Young and his wife Pegi have been organizing the annual Bridge School Benefit , a two-day charity concert held in Mountain View, CA at the Shoreline Amphitheatre, usually sporting a better lineup than you could dream up yourself. The 255h anniversary of the monumental event continues this tradition, featuring performances from the likes of Eddie Vedder, Dave Matthews, Beck, Foo Fighters, and many more - including the man himself, Uncle Neil.
