Milagres have been floating around for a while - but coinciding with a name change during 2009 from 'The Secret Life of Sofia' to the Portuguese word for 'miracle' - the New York City five piece dropped an EP - "Empty Sleeves" in 2009 and an LP "Seven Summits" in May 2010. Day two of Northside featured some show-hopping – well, a little bit of show-hopping. My main focus that evening was EarFarm 's showcase at Spike Hill , although I had my eye on a few other shows, too. This past Friday night, EAR FARM joined a multitude of other bloggers, record labels, websites, promoters, bands, and wonderful people from The L Magazine , in putting on the inaugural edition of the Northside Festival in Williamsburg and Greenpoint.
