Capital Cities is fairly new on the scene, releasing their first EP this past summer with the massive hit, "Safe & Sound," which reached number two on HypeMachine.com. This electro-pop group, based out of L.A., really killed it with "Safe & Sound" and is no different with their interpretation of Pink Floyd's classic, "Breathe."
