It was a cold and rainy day but didn't stop people for Record Store Day 2012. Surprised by the turnout when I got to Vertigo Records at 8:30am. There was already people in line, I was around the 20th person. Last year I was one of five people who got there at around that time. Since late last fall, the organizers behind ATP New York have slowly revealed the details behind this September's incarnation of the hipster-leaning music fest. As we previously reported, Iggy Pop will reunite with The Stooges to headline Friday's Don't Look Back night of full album performances.
