This week, NPR's First Listen series is streaming new releases from Regina Spektor , Sigur Rós , Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros , The Walkmen , and Saint Etienne . Spektor's sixth LP, What We Saw From the Cheap Seats , will be released on May 29th via Sire/Warner Bros. The 11-track effort was recorded in Los Angeles last summer with producer Mike Elizondo.
