The Silver Sprocket Bicycle Club have announced plans to reissue the album, House Band Feud , from The Blank Fight . The reissued album will feature the original zine from the record, new artwork, and liner notes from Aaron Cometbus. The Phenomenauts decided to prank the infamous Family Radio organization. The group had predicted the rapture for May 21st, and from our presence here, one can assume that it either failed to pass, or heaven's standards are extraordinarily high. Regardless, the band went through with the prank which was covered by ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX and appeared in 4,855 newspapers across the country.

Bluegrass/folk punks Larry And His Flask have joined the Silver Sprocket family. The label will be re-issuing the band's previously self-released debut EP this March. The band's ongoing tour is about to take them across the USA with Streetlight Manifesto and then into Canada.

Sci-fi space-punks The Phenomenauts will be spending the next month touring in and around Germany. The band's previous European tour was in 2003 with Psycobilly legends Demented Are Go. Las Crucas, NM punk rockers Shang-A-Lang are on tour now in support their upcoming Silver Sprocket /Face Palm release, Collection. The album features 22 re-mastered tracks from the bands previously released EPs and compilations along with plenty of previously unreleased recordings, and adorned with artwork and a poster by Mitch Clem of the Nothing Nice To Say web-comic. San Jose, CA, pop-punkers The Pillowfights teamed up with Bob from Shinobu to make a music video for the track "Hokay" from their Silver Sprocket debut, Round One , which is available for streaming in its entirety now on the band's punknews.org profile page .
