Only a few days after the launch of Sony's new PlayStation Vita, Japanese customers have been having problems with the hardware. Customers have complained the device suffers from unresponsive touch-screens, crashes and freezing. In response, Sony have posted a help page for its Japanese customers and have issued the following statement: "Currently, our information centre regarding PlayStation Vita as well as our usual customer service centre are receiving many enquiries.
