Paces is the solo project of Mike Perry of Surecut Kids fame (Gold Coast). He currently has a neat selection of dubstep/drumstep remix jams on his cloud. All very minimal, percussive and vocal work - Paces lets the rhythm do the talking. Featuring diva vox snaked via Amy Winehouse, Sleigh Bells, Chase & Status, and Gossip. In 2006, Beth Ditto from The Gossip was selected by NME as the coolest person in rock. Completely understandable. Ditto is an outspoken person about everything from her weight, her sexuality to the state of affairs (well, maybe it's related).
