We've done some more investigating into the situation, speaking with a number of sources off the record and the woman named as the defendant in the case, Roger's former manager and former director of Stealth Records, Olga Heijns. Ms. Heijns tells Dancing Astronaut exclusively that she is a minority shareholder in Stealth and that she was its sole director until 2009. What is going on at Stealth Records? We've just been tipped off to Stealth Records' stealth-records.com website, which has been replaced with a frightening-looking legal notice (in full below) that seems to call for Roger Sanchez's arrest. For some reason, another domain for the label, stealthrecordings.com , is still online, and doesn't seem to be affected by the legal conflict. (For the record, the Stealth Records Twitter account lists the former URL as its official web presence.) Despite being issued on September 21st, we were unable to find any other information about this case in New Jersey Court records. A report [...]
