Steve Shiffman Based in New York via Toronto, singer-songwriter Steve Shiffman began his career years ago with the Canadian band, 4-Star Movie. He then went on to record a 5-track solo EP "Tambourino" before hooking up with The Figgs drummer Pete Hayes.
