Diddy and his Dirty Money ladies are churning out the videos for this Last Train To Paris project. The trio and their crisp fashion duds are sensually moving around in this icy Colin Tilley -directed video. Check out the cool Swizz Beatz -featured video below. If you haven't, check out the video for "Someone To Love" after...

Diddy-Dirty Money seem hellbent on tossing as many music videos out there as possible before the release of Last Train To Paris tomorrow. Following "Coming Home" and "Someone To Love Me" , we now have "Ass On The Floor", which finds our trio paired up with Swizz Beatz on a snow-filled set. Naturally, Dawn and Kalenna are in short skirts because, hey—'tis the season! Watch below. Normally three videos within a three-week period would come off as overkill (who does Diddy think he is—Lil [...]

'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' is finally upon us, I will skip the persona/character that is Kanye West, his controversies, album cover dramas, outbursts, personal life and try to base this review purely on this album. Following on from 2008's '808's And Heartbreak' there are avant-garde aspects of music with less of the soul samples [...]
Kanye West's latest song his "G.O.O.D Friday" campaign is this new track called "So Appalled" which features RZA, Jay-Z, Pusha T, Swizz Beatz, and Cyhi the Prynce. This new single "So Appalled" is from Kanye's upcoming album "Dark Twisted Fantasy" Kanye West - So Appalled Featuring Jay-Z, RZA, Pusha T, Swizz Beatz and Cyhi The Prynce - Video Click here to view the embedded video.

This isn't so much of a remix as it is a rehash. But the beat is so cold and in my assertive opinion, Swizzle does the damn thang on the hook so, take that haters. If you payed close attention the second original, Mary J.'s vocals were never lifted off the first original so her presence here (and the VMA's) were more natural than what met the naked ear. Since Young Money can't afford to be associated with whatever T.I. is being accused of © The Dark Knight , The Queen tacks on her [...]

I n his 7 part interview with vet VJ Sway, Swizz discusses why he loves Alicia and how it was working with Drake. He also discusses 50 Cent, Mary J. Blige and busts a lil freestyle. I wish they would hurry up and release that damn Fancy video.
G5 - Monday, August 23rd So remember how I linked to Ted Leo’s announcement over the weekend stating that he was going to make musicals? That was all an elaborate set up for the above video for “Bottled in Cork.” Well played, sirs A while back, Creative Loafing posted a phenomenal track-by-track breakdown of Outkast’s Aquemini with accompanying interviews… this is a few months old, but well-worth checking out. Very cool discussion of the album from Andre 3000, Big Boi, some of the featured artists like Raekwon and [...]

When Kanye West dropped 'Power' - the first single from his as yet untitled fifth LP - a few months back, feedback was a little mixed. But 'Ye is smarter than he acts. Or sounds. Rather than throw in the towel, he let the track marinate a little, before striking back hard with a rather impressive video (it was good - it wasn't the second coming like some people made it out to be . .. but it was good). Now that a lot of people out there are feeling a little more positive [...]

Although the words "donate," " Haiti " and "help" are no longer on the tip of every newscaster's tongue across the planet, the crisis that left the Caribbean country in ruins is still an ongoing ordeal. There's plenty of charities and movements out there for every able participant to contribute to in some form or fashion, and tonight unveiled the regurgitation of one the most popular ones ever created. "We Are The World," a song so memorable, it quickly overshadowed the very cause it was created for (which was African aid in cause you're [...]
If you ever wondered how producer Swizz Beatz flipped Justice’s awesome track “D.A.N.C.E”. into “On To The Next One”, this video will explain it. The transition is about two minutes.
Swizz Beatz , in addition to being a prolific producer, is an avid art collector. Not in a trendy way either. I'm talking Salvador Dali, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Herring, Andy Warhol, absolute greats. Coodie & Chike catch up with him at the DD172 artist space and chop it up about collecting and how the art world is the hardest platform to gain credibility within. Listen up kids, buy art! It will only appreciate as times passes.
The Edge was on air with Dave Fanning yesterday. Among other things, The Edge said "new album, huh, wha?" and then mentioned that he and Bono (or the whole band, I guess?), wrote and recorded a song - in one day - and sent it to Jay-Z and Swizz Beatz for a Haiti charity project. I wonder if this will end up as their song, but performed by a greater ensemble of musicians? Or a U2 song with Jay-Z rapping some verses? Or ... what? Either way, one would assume if this is a go, we'll hear [...]

While Jay-Z's new music video for "On To The Next One" probably won't do much to quash rumors of him dabbling in the occult , it does make for an interesting—if not slightly unsettling—four minutes. Imagery of a crystal skull, dark liquid dripping off a hammer, black bird feathers and a super creepy dude wearing a tux and Joker-esque makeup flash by in the clip, which also features producer/rapper Swizz Beatz. Like Hova's videos for current European single "Young Forever" and recent U.S. chart-topper "Empire State Of [...]
What Julianne said--sculpture-collecting rappers of the future defile simulacrum versions of peak-bloat art market follies, paint on valuable cars, recollect Heath Ledger's death mask Joker. Ove... Continue reading "Video: Jay-Z featuring Swizz Beatz, "On to the Next One"" >
New York 's favorite Illuminati-Devil-worshipping-F ree-Mason , Jay-Z is back with a video for On To The Next One , featuring Swizz Beatz off the Blueprint 3 album.
This video is gonna send all those people that think Jay-Z worships the devil crazy. I couldn't give two shits. Its a tune. Previously : Blueprint III Album Review | Jay-Z - Young Forever Video.
A properly fitting title/video for starting a New Year. I hope everyone had a safe and Happy New Year and if you partied anything like I did your head is still pounding and your head is still ringing. So as I recover from the festivities I'll be putting things up sporadically. Enjoy this video while I go take a cold shower.
