Tennis vanquishes the friendly fun loving visuals we're used to seeing from the duo, in return we get some creepy images for their latest single and B-side 'Deep In The Woods,' which according to Rolling Stone the clip is based on Shirley Jackson’s  We Have Always Lived In A Castle .  'Orgins' single is out now and the Black Keys produced sophomoric full length effort will see daylight on February 14th.

Today, Denver indie pop duo Tennis have let loose the visuals for their song "Deep In The Woods," the b-side to their new single "Origins." The video is a visual interpretation of Shirley Jackson's 1962 novel We Have Always Lived in a Castle , and the combination of the slightly disturbing visuals and the pop sounds makes for a very unique experience. Denver indie-pop outfit Tennis have released the music video for "Deep in the Woods", the B-side to the band's new single  "Origins"  (out now via Forest Family). A visual reinterpretation of Shirley Jackson's 1962 novel We Have Always Lived in a Castle , the clip features two sisters living together in isolation, devoted to their simple life and one another in a pretty disturbing manner. Enhancing the disheartening vibe of the video is the band's super sweet girl-pop sounds, creating a dichotomous blend of emotions that's the definition of stressful. A creepy video depicting a pair of seemingly unsuspecting girls disposing of a body was released today for Tennis ' new song Deep in the Woods . The video is almost reminds me of the feelings I had the first time I saw the Japanese Horror Film The Audition . Tennis' Origins 73 is out now through Forest Family Records . " Marathon ", which was way better before they polished it up, now has a video to match. Keeping up with the summery vibes of Cape Dory , director Niko Düne does a beautiful job of capturing that joyful presence during Tennis' European tour. The fiery twosome known as Tennis, Alaina Moore and Patrick Riley, have another single under their sleeve. The summertime song is about a road trip and is probably one of the best cuts off of their album. Over a year after the song surfaced, Tennis' biggest track  to date gets the visual treatment. Just like  Foster the People 's "Pumped Up Kicks," it's one of those summer songs that just doesn't seem to go away. I don't mind. Tennis' album Cape Dory is out now.
