Just a really great week of music in the DC-area coming up. If you're a music fan, there's really no excuse for not getting out to see some bands this week. As usual, my picks in bold . Lots going on this week, but very little that really excites me. I've bolded the few shows and/or bands that interest me enough to consider seeing. Oh, and if you're a Pash fan, I recommend that you get out to the Black Cat tomorrow night. I've heard that their lead singer, Meredith - who was also in Title Tracks until recently - is moving (or has moved) to Austin, so you're probably not gonna be seeing them again anytime soon. Hey gang, sorry for the relative silence here on the blog the last few days. I was up in New York to see The Posies and some of the Northside Festival in Brooklyn, as well as to partake in the annual Big Apple Barbeque (Salt Lick FTW!). Excellent week of music coming up. My picks in bold . Not sure how many of these shows I'm gonna make it to, though, considering (a) the amount of work I have this week, (b) the remaining Stanley Cup finals game(s), and (c) the fact that I have jury duty this week (ugh).
