Atmospheric indie-rock hasn't had it easy over the last couple of years. When it's good it can be truly great; with its gloomy vocals, driving bass lines and dark synth-y undercurrents. It turns out that Strange Talk aren't just a great band, but also some pretty wonderful remixers as well. They take the poppiest song off Foster The People 's Torches, "I Would Do Anything For You" and give it a gigantic dance floor make over. Potholes In My BlogWhile I don't know too much about the Bronx MC Torch, it does appear that he is getting the full Maybach Music Group treatment. Teaming up with Meel Mill, Wale, Stalley, Gunplay and Young Breed, Funkmaster Flex (I hate you, DJ tags) liberates this drum breaking banger of a posse cut to boogie down to.
