
As Toro y moi Chazwick Bundick already had a way with turntables, disc spinners and all the electronic trappings that make us think of the Matrix yet produce an uncannily structured and catchy sound. Hace unas semanas se anunció la creación de JIAOLONG, el nuevo electrónico de Dan Snaith ( Caribou ), que además de editar el primer LP de Daphni , editaría música nueva de Les Sins . Como recordarán, Les Sins, es el proyecto alterno de Chaz Bundick o Toro y Moi para los cuates. Aquí están los dos tracks del release, que la verdad suenan muy bien, enjoy.

New tracks from the artist you probably know as Toro y Moi. Not exactly the same sounds that you remember from My Touch or Causers, but that doesn't mean Chaz isn't putting out bangers. Out of the two, I'm currently really digging "Fetch", which skillfully mixes dark and light sounds with some dancey chopped vocals. Give "Fetch" and "Taken" a listen below, and keep on the lookout for new Les Sins singles dropping later this week.

This is the first I've heard of Toro Y Moi's side project Les Sins , but Chaz Bundy's more dance-y venture has been around since summer '09. The new single from this project is coming soon via Jiaolong, the label run by Caribou's Dan Snaith. "Fetch" is the 802s discotheque A-side and "Taken" is a bouncy synth number vaguely reminiscent of those Neptunes/Nike spots before it moves to something completely different.
