TREASURE ISLAND 2011 REVIEW Treasure Island Music Festival returned for its fifth year to the Bay Area, yet again, bringing an eclectic mix of bands on the rise and established acts. The weather was perfect for the festival, as it stayed warm during the day, and breezy cool during the evening.
