• M83 - Oblivion: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack

Anthony Gonzalez, quien es el 99% de m83 es el encargado de hacer la banda sonora de la película de ciencia ficción 'Oblivion', estelarizada por Tom Cruisey que se estrenará el próximo 19 de abril. Gonzalez colaboró con el compositor Joseph Trapanese, quien colaboró con Daft Punk en el soundtrack de la película Tron: Legacy. El día de hoy podemos escuchar otro adelanto de lo que nos espera con esta banda sonora con el tema "Oblivion", tema en el que aparece la cantante noruega Susanne Sundfør. Escúchalo acá:

Three major electronic music artists are involved in scoring upcoming films. In June word broke that Daft Punk's Thomas Bangalter has scored the music for "First Point," a short film starring Lindsay Lohan as a surfer (see trailer below). Daft Punk's previous film work includes scoring 20102s Tron: Legacy . Likewise, Skrillex is contributing music to Harmony Korine's upcoming film, Spring Breakers starring Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens, due out in 2013. A very small number of Martin Ansin’s Tron and Tron Legacy poster sets will be sold tomorrow. The regular versions are 24″ x 36″ screenprints, have AP editions of 37, and will cost $150/set. Vinyl International has released a new 103 EP called Sky Sailor, which includes two new TRS-80 remixes of tracks from Daft Punk's score for Tron: Legacy. The title track (a remix of "Solar Sailor") includes new vocals and lyrics from Ariel Pink. Listen above to the remix.
