George Lewis, Jr. (aka Twin Shadow ) released the second video from his Confess album featuring the cut Patient . This clip begins where the video for Five Seconds left off . Lewis, Jr. and his friend find themselves at a biker bar fighting over a girl with some pretty amazing choreography (maybe the best since this ). Keith Musil directs this one again. Watch below.

Having read of George Lewis Jr.'s sophomore Twin Shadow full-length Confess as being something of a dashboard banger burning tyre as it rides alongside Cliff Martinez' Drive soundtracking, it wasn't a record I felt particularly compelled to clamber aboard. You can now stream the new album, Confess , from Twin Shadow . We have already heard the summer anthem, Five Seconds , now hear the the rest of what will be on several best of lists at the end of the year. The sophomore effort is out on July 10th through 4AD .
