According to an NME report , Blink 182 have already begun working on the follow up to Neighborhoods in 2011. Blink 182 have announced a UK and European run of dates and festival appearances this June and July. The bulk of the UK dates will include support from All-American Rejects with Four Year Strong and Twin Atlantic joining the bill on assorted dates.

Memphis, TN's Lucero have released the artwork for their upcoming record, Women & Work via their Facebook . The band also left hints saying a new song just might be available to the public tomorrow. According to an update on the band's twitter , The Gaslight Anthem will be heading to Nashville, TN next week to begin recording their major-label debut. The band signed to Mercury Records earlier this year . The forthcoming record will follow-up the band's 2010 full-length, American Slang .

Rise Against have announced another block of tour dates, these ones kicking off on April 15th and running for about a month. Like their imminent January tour</a , the run will include A Day to Remember but with Title Fight replacing The Menzingers . After their January/February tour, Rise Against will headed to Europe for dates with Touche Amore.

NME is reporting that The Mars Volta will release a new album this year, according to the band's frontman, Cedric Bixler-Zavala. He wrote: "New Volta almost done. Vocals done. Just trying to rebutcher it and finish guitar. In studio until this week then on to Mexico to add more quantum entanglement to it. The sonogram of the little beast is looking very good." The new album will be the band's sixth, and their follow-up to 2009's Octahedron .
