While house shows are nothing new, we've gotten a number of great touring artists coming through town to play your neighbor's front room—and it's a fine antidote to dark, noisy clubs with bar-priced drinks. The vocals are slow and sour, singing lyrics that have both depth and vagueness to them - drafting a thick enigma of a song which creates a desire to know the person who wrote them as well. The second annual What the Festival —the vibey electronic music festival—announced the lineup for this summer's event.
