Since last summer, our Amrit Singh has been putting together an independent short film called Dosa Hunt , with Das Racist's Himanshu Suri and Ashok Kondabolu, Vampire Weekend's Rostam Batmanglij, Yeasayer's Anand Wilder, Neon Indian's Alan Palomo, and NYC jazz stalwart Vijay Iyer. It chronicles a day spent by the group in pursuit of NYC's finest version of South Indian staple dish, dosa. Discovery's heavy electronic sound is very upbeat, poppy, and pleasant on the ears. This collaboration's only studio album has the self-explanatory title of "LP".
