Stones Throw Records up-and-comer Vex Ruffin released the second in a series of three EPs with the label, entitled Eulogy . The self-produced, written, and recorded material is available for free download via the company’s website, which you can grab here . The Los Angeles, CA native’s next EP will be released in the near future, as well as Vex Ruffin’s first full-length album next autumn.
