As NONONO ’s “Pumpin Blood” is one of the most infectious songs of the last decade, there was never any doubt that a remix EP needed to be made for it. Taken from said EP, is a daft version featuring Taken By Trees’ Victoria Bergsman who teams with Belief to create a lage dose of contained euphoria. Holding off any mammoth synth breakdown, the dreamy side of the track is now present thank to Bergsman’s impeccable pipes.

Swedish shoegaze stalwarts Blackstrap  return today with their eagerly awaited new single, their first new material since 20062s Steal My Horses And Run album - the group's last with original member and keyboard player Maria Lindén of I Break Horses. 'Make Sense, Make Change' sees the group embrace the reverb sodden delights of their previous work and features a guest appearance from Victoria Bergsman of Taken By Trees fame. Taken By Trees, the project of Victoria Bergsman, has released a new video for Other Worlds' single, "Large". The video was directed by Ariel Rechtshaid (producer for Cass McCombs & Active Child; Diplo collaborator) and shot entirely on an iPad in Los Angeles. Watch the video after the jump. TAKEN [...]

I wanted to make merch for my tour that evoked the tropics and the Pacific so I decided to try out Indigo Dyeing. Indigo has that deep beautiful blue. While I was dyeing I almost felt like I was cooking, which is one of my favorites things to do. The act of stirring the dye and then that special smell of indigo, which almost smells of food or something you'd eat. - Victoria x
