Canadian beat producer Jules Chaz is going to released an instrumental hip-hop record titled, Toppings , on September 14th through the Canadian electronic label, Wagon Repair . Haunting synths and a bassline created to accompany one's journey to hell, this is one dark and moody masterpiece by techno's finest, Mathew Jonson. I remember buying this on vinyl when I was really drunk one night and completely forgot about it until it arrived in the post a few days later (I've done this a few times and throughly recommend it). When I first heard it sober I was completely blown away.
