Sultan & Ned Shepard put themselves on the map with " Walls " and have been gaining more steam recently. Their mashup of " Rise " with "Lights" was named bootleg of the month by Dirty South and " Send Me Your Love " made it to number one on the Billboard dance chart. It's not the frequent that an artist remixes the same song twice, but Alvin Risk has done just that. " We Are Young " was remixed last year into an electro house masterpiece, which we didn't think anyone could top. Risk managed to one up himself with a dubstep remix that even bass haters will love. Just when I thought this track couldn't get any better Alvin Risk throws down a Dubstep anthem. The first remix Alvin did doesn't even hold a candle to this one starting off with a little vocal editing mixed with massive melodic synths that hit at all the right times. Fun.'s been taking over this past year and deservedly so. Milwaukee's Summerfest got a firsthand taste of what all the fun. fuss is about when the indie rockers tookover the Miller Lite Oasis Stage. Telephone, is a NYC duo known for their original pop electronic wonders, yet here they do a Fun remix of 'We Are Young'. Honestly besides the chorus it's a completely different song, and much more "Fun" to listen to in our opinion. We like it better than the original, maybe because it sounds like the opening to a 902s Nintendo Final Fantasy Game. If you've never played Final Fantasy, neither have I. Free Download. Free Love.
