A nice surprise in the inbox today from Astronauts, etc. , the solo project of Berkeley student Anthony Ferraro. Ferraro turned to electronic music when arthritis prevented him from pursuing a career in classical piano; the result is the Supermelodic Pulp EP (slated for release on Sept. 8th). Each song will feature a sci-fi music video for each of its five tracks, with a loose narrative tying them together. Take a listen, here's "Mystery Colors". For fans of The xx, Bon Iver, Beach House.
