While down at SXSW, Young Guru was in the middle of a DJ set when he decided to unleash an exclusive sneak peak to Kendrick Lamar's "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe" featuring the one and only Jay-Z. Both emcees go in, just out of respect for one another and it truly elevates the record to a whole different level.
Word has come out of Austin that MTV's Hottest MC Kendrick Lamar and Jay-Z have collaborated on a remix of the good kid, m.A.A.d city standout "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe". Hov's personal engineer, Young Guru , dropped a preview of the remix in his DJ set at South by Southwest on Wednesday. You can watch a fan-shot clip of the reveal below. Escaping the Mayan doomsday of 2012, luckily Young Guru stayed in the "end of the world" vibe and dropped a remix to MF DOOM 's "Doomsayer". The soulful and chill track is further complimented by the addition of some ill percussion and jazz rhythms. Naturally DOOM delivers some clever and witty lyrics that should no question on why he is such an underground legend. Be sure to check out the remix below.

Because it wouldn't be Doomsday without a little DOOM , rap's most diabolic supervillain has released a brand-new track entitled "Doomsayer". Remixed by DJ/engineer Young Guru, the track's production retains the same vintage-leaning samples for DOOM to spring from, only they're slightly more anxious and wiry. Still, DOOM's rhymes are at their usually bizarre, intricate levels, as he spits: "The other hand clutched to a pen / 24-7 / Much to his chagrin / Used to drink gin / Now he only drink oxygen water / Mixed with shark fins to cleanse the toxins sorta"). If he isn't working with Jay-Z, you might catch record producer Young Guru in the studio or on tour with any number of big-name artists. What we didn't know, though, is that he is also getting some work in with the notorious DOOM . Here is a track Young Guru apparently produced for the elusive villain, although we aren't sure exactly where it came from.
