Another day, another dope single that Westcoast emcee Kendrick Lamar lyrical dominates. On this remix, the South Florida duo Urban Noize remixes the Canei Finch track. Adding in some horn sample cuts and head-nod worthy drums to the beat, the duo compliments the track well. Young Jeezy comes through to drop off a quick street-inspired verse over the throwback vibe and still does the track justice. Still feel like both the original and remix could use a guest verse from Bun B. but this is a solid remix that still [...]
Urban Noize is once again back on the blog with this remix/mashup of Kendrick Lamar and Young Jeezy. Westside, Right on Time - Kendrick Lamar feat Young Jeezy - Urban Noize Remix

Young Jeezy 's "R.I.P." may have been birthed on the mixtape circuit, but all it really took was one listen to the somewhat surprisingly potent combination of Young Jeezy's signature rasp against DJ Mustard 's ominous, bass-honking West Coast G-funk to know that it was going to be a serious radio monster for the season. With it making some major airplay strides as now an official single, the time has come for the obligatory posse cut remix, this one boasting appearances from YG , Chris Brown and, in an extension-of-sorts [...]
Kendrick Lamar is officially the most popular kid on the block. Everywhere you turn, it seems like somebody is recruiting K. Dot for a spot on their newest single or remix. With that being said, it's no surprise that Young Jeezy turned to the " Hottest MC In The Game " to replace 2 Chainz on the remix for his hot new single. What may surprise you is what other cohorts were invited to the party. Joining Kendrick on the remix are YG and Chris Brown . While Kendrick definitely bodies the [...]
Compton odd couple Kendrick Lamar and YG join Young Jeezy for the official remix of "R.I.P.," the stiff, immediately recognizable club hit from producer DJ Mustard. The track, which ended up on Jeezy's It's Tha ... read more

Young Jeezy teams up with YG, Kendrick, and Chris Brown to remix his single R.I.P. Check it out below.
Chris Brown 's beef with Drake dates back to June 2012 , when the R&B singer and the rapper fought inside a New York nightclub. Based on his new verse in a remix to Young Jeezy 's "R.I.P.," Brown does not plan to smooth his relations with October's Very Own anytime soon. "Dearly departed, I bought a plane I departed / And if you started from the bottom, go on and come out the closet," Brown raps. The last time he addressed Drake's own "Started from the Bottom," Brown was [...]

Young Jeezy enlisted YG , Kendrick Lamar , and Chris Brown for the remix of "R.I.P." but what really has people talking is Brown's lyric: “If you started from the bottom go on and come out the closet.” A clear shot at Drake, Brown then continues on to talk about all the guns he has, finishing off with some threats and funeral references. Jeezy's club banger gets amplified with some Cali (and Virginia) flavor and it was only a matter of time. YG is in his zone highlighting his chemistry with DJ Mustard, Kendrick Lamar shines once again as a Hip-Hop's malleable machine, and Chris Brown instigates, fires shots, and continue to rap for some reason ( And if you started from the bottom then come out of the closet). Obviously, this is gonna receive a lot of radio play in the coming weeks with no album in sight. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~!!! Stream: Young Jeezy feat. Last night saw the BET Hip Hop Awards hit Atlanta's Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center. It's been a bit of a controversial event apparently, with celebrations, a truce being made with 50 Cent and Fat Joe (finally!) and a bit of a to-do between Rick Ross and Young Jeezy. The red carpet was adorned by the likes of Wiz Khalifa, Miguel, T.I., 50 Cent, Meek Mill, Wale, MGK, French Montana, Childish Gambino, Busta Rhymes, Kendrick Lamar, and Stalley, and of course many many more, showing their iconic styles on the red carpet. The awards ceremony was filmed yesterday [...]

1. "Pretty Matter (Freestyle)" - Los. Los, representing Bad Boy and Baltimore, has made a name for himself with some sick freestyles and comes with another one this week, over Frank Ocean and Andre 30002s Pink Matter. Some really cool lines, and a good job over what is a pretty tough beat to command this well. Los - Pretty Matter (Freestyle) [ Link ] 2. "Stereo" - Machine Gun Kelly feat. Alex Fitts. Another Bad Boy signee here, and MGK's debut studio album Lace Up is coming in October. This song has a unique rock [...]

1. "Our House" - Slaughterhouse feat. Eminem & Skyler Grey. A fitting top choice, as Slaughterhouse's second studio album, Welcome To Our House was released just today (Tuesday). This song, which lends itself to the title of the album, features a hook from Skyler Grey and a verse from Shady boss Eminem. 2 other songs on the album also feature Mr. Mathers but this is the only one in which he contributes a full verse. Heads up on language . No word on whether this will be on Kendrick's good kid, m.A.A.d city but I have a feeling it didn't make the cut. In no way to I mean that to take away from the track, Kendrick delivers as usual. Download Kendrick Lamar Westside, Right On Time (featuring Young Jeezy)

Here's a new track from Kendrick Lamar, I've featured far too little. "Westide, Right On time" is a great example of some fresh hip-hop out there in the midst of a lot of that same stuff. It's got a feature from heavy hitter Young Jeezy which collides so well. The beat produced by Canei Finch, a rising New York producer. Some solid lines througout. Enjoy!
