So I wasn't really into Lady Gaga initially, I didn't really get what all the fuss was about. However, a billion outrageous outfits and awesome crazy interviews later I finally youtubed her and found that she has an incredible voice and seems to be a pretty rad piano player. Who knew?

Hey Kids, I've been gone for a minute, visiting family in Florida but I wanted to do a quick post with a few pieces of info. First, I Blame Coco is a talented young lady from London. She does happen to be Sting's daughter but that is irrelevant. She has a wicked voice (ok so maybe genetics plays a part) it's smokey and she could front a badass ska band? I don't know if the word patriotism ever really conjures anything other than American flags and people stating that they are 'proud to be an American'. Being a British person in the USA continues to produce a lot of interesting dialogues and interactions. I am definitely proud to be British but for me it usually gets re-ignited when Britain is producing a lot of strong material in the creative arts. Mainly this little thing we all love so much called music. There was the great 'all the single ladies' boom of the past few years (Amy Winehouse, Adele, Duffy etc.) [...]

Wow ok so we were gone for a minute, the last week in New York turned out to be crazy busy and there was barely time to eat let alone blog. We got to catch the Wolf Parade show with the lovely and not to mention awesome, Wintersleep, opening for them. Caught another Bon Iver show with the amazing Bowerbirds opening and then caught a plane home to London which is where I am now. We've already written about the Black Cab Sessions before and the latest one they've posted for their 50th edition is pretty great. [...]
