Zooey Deschanel hosted SNL over the weekend with musical guest Karmin (I won't even get into that) and overall, she did a pretty nice job. Anything that was going or that was going to happen this weekend was eclipsed by the sudden passing of one of the original divas, Whitney Houston. Her bouts with drug dependency ended up winning in the end and everybody's looking at Bobby Brown as the main culprit to her deterioration.
