I've been adding lots of interesting new sounds and have been hearing some positive feedback, which is grrreat.
Have you had a chance to check out the blog and see if it's ready/suitable for Elbows? http://milkteef.wordpress.com/
Thanks for accepting me into the music blogging community! The door is open, oh wait hold on, I still only get fifty unique a day! I'll keep writing, and hopefully, you'll become one of my readers.
I write by the pen name of SFCritic.
Here is my website, I'm in school learning design to EVENTUALLY soon, get my domain (which I own) functioning. Until then, you can find me at blog near you on blogger...
http://sfcritic.blogspot.com
I submitted my blog already at the address of http://dippedindollars.selomesamuel.net, which still works, but I've taken the domain plunge, so we're now located at http://dippedindollars.com. We're cute and housetrained, and think we will meet your requirements. Thanks for your time and for having such a lovely site.
Merci Elbows! Thank you, Elbows! It took a long time (almost 3 months) to be referred to, but now here we go and that's cool ! Catch us @ http://www.highmaintenancetlse.blogspot.com
I'm spreading the musicblogosphere word in The Netherlands with The Blog Parties; a monthly music night featuring upcoming blog favorites. Also on www.theblogparties.com (blogparties.wordpress.com) i blog twice or three times a week... Check it out and 'accept' me!
Thanks for a good site.
it is months since I've signed my blog http://www.berri.dk up to your site.
Hope my blog is good enough to get on your bloglist.
I was just wondering how Elbows chooses which posts to display. I noticed that my blog (SFCritic.blogspot.com) recently was added to Elbows, but some of my most recent posts, which are not Jay Z (if you remember the discussion) mainstream, have not been uploaded. Am I still being considered at Elbows, or has my blog taken off? Thanks!
I've set up a music review website over at http://www.indieshuffle.com/ -- myself, along with a few other contributors, are covering recent album releases. I've embedded an elbo.ws link in each individual posts page -- have loved your site for a while now, and would love to have my website featured here!
Big Thanks to Elbows too!
I didn't realize until today that we had been added. Thank you Brandon and the rest of the Elbows team.
This means a lot to us, and we are very grateful.
You have added our blogspot address to your site, but we have recently switched to Wordpress.org and are on our own server now.
Should I reapply on the Elbows site? Our site was previously wineandbowties.blogspot.com and now it is simply, wineandbowties.com.
Thanks again for the add, much appreciated.
I was wondering what we could do at 317 electro (317electro.wordpress.com) to help get onto elbows. Any info would be appreciated as we've applied twice to no avail. We're continually fine tuning our site so any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and all the best.
hi brandon. my previous blog was http://we-are-not-the-same.blogspot.com but i've moved to http://versesfromtheabstract.wordpress.com, please could this be updated or my new blog added? thankyou very much! :D
hey Sundtrak. Sorry for the delayed response but yes, we're out of Ottawa. I heard you guys were too from Dylan of The Docking Station. We should all throw a party, get a venue going, some promo, i know some artists. interested at all? There have been a lot of good shows in the area lately, so we should keep the trend going
i know you're overwhelmed and it's difficult to sort through all the requests, but i figure posting here again might expedite the approval process. i've been working hard at developing http://www.indieshuffle.com for the last 5 months and i think i have produced a very well-designed, visually friendly and easily navigable website. in addition, i've recruited a number of contributors who are helping to increase the depth and quality of content.
i have also appended elbo.ws links to each page, as can be seen at the end of this page: http://www.indieshuffle.com/?p=854
i think my site would be a valuable addition to elbo.ws, and i'd appreciate it if you could let me know any other steps that can be taken to ensure approval! i look forward to contributing to the elbo.ws community.
thanks,
jason
[update] i integrated the ability to download the mp3s listed, as well.
Just guessing you may want to take a look at my blog: www.rockandradio.net. It's a music blog dedicated mainly to independent artists from Mexico, and anywhere else in the world. We are also an internet radio station, streaming from Mexico City. We have a video channel as well.
Hope you can share your thoughts about it, and we are looking forward to be included in elbo.ws
cheers

I don't think Puddlegum's RSS feed is being aggregated by Elbo.ws. Last year we switch blog names/address.. but switched back. It was a dumbass move, I know. So I'm wondering if you could check to see if Puddlegum is added to Elbo.ws?
Puddlegum, I'm assuming Brandon is hellishly busy with something. I've been waiting for over a month to get http://www.indieshuffle.com / http://feeds.feedburner.com/indieshuffle into the elbo.ws system. C'est la vie?
have you all tried pinging and it doesn't work? just a thought... no idea if it will work... if you don't know the ping for elbo.ws then search this forum, it's here somewhere, xoxo
well, i have submitted my blog since a lot time ago, hope it finally gets listed.
now i have my own domain (finally)
http://www.bootlegumachine.com
and everyday its growing i believe, and im so proud!
We're blog that covers music and cultural news. We provides readers with concert photos, reviews, mp3's, setlists, news, interviews, etc. Music is usually: Rock, Indie, Lo-Fi, Folk, electronic, Hardcore, Hip/Hop.
At what point in a blog's lifespan is it acceptable to apply to join the elbo family? We at http://www.angelbreaks.co.uk are afraid of being blacklisted for applying too soon...
Hey I feel a little silly about responding on that other thread now asking to be listed if you are blogger. My blog is still new, but I think I meet most of your criteria. Would like to be considered in the future if possible. Thanks so much! http://www.mixxedtapes.blogspot.com I guess I have the same fear as Angelbreaks, I'm sorry for asking too soon.
