Yup - but I would say that.

I use it for one of my sites and it ain't bad - very low maintenance and all that and some of the options are soo easy to use. The back end is a little basic (I think the editor needs to be larger) and if you want to really tweak up your website you might not like it, but for most it is good. I am not all up in php and databases and such - so squarespace is good for me, you can still do some CSS stuff but you are essentially using the website interface without full access to the "host". Kinda like only having a Wordpress interface for your site with no access to a cpanel (which keeps me from really messing up the site).

Support is a touch lacking, but they are quick when I used it - emailed back with a response within the hour.

Same here Tsuru. I don't know anything about either!
