Being as a spend a stupid amount of time travelling on the tube and night buses at the moment, I thought I should get some recommendations of any podcasts and vidcasts from you lot. Music and non-music suggestions are very welcome.

Cloudsounds! And there's one called The New Music Podcast (or something like that) which is by Gareth from Bearded Mag and Anthony from God Don't Like It.
I was thinking about doing some kind of vidcast actually - just going through the week's news with accompanying music videos, to start with, and using our UStream account to broadcast it, but I wasn't really sure that qualified as enough of a concept or a proper idea to actually make worth doing. Or if UStream was the right vehicle.
I still haven't really found much love for vidcasts yet to be honest.
I love TED and some of the Toad sessions, but I generally prefer podcasts as they don't drain so much battery from my iPhone.
Yeah, I am struggling to think about how they fit with the mobile, low concentration span model we seem to have for media consumption at the moment. I dunno - we are going to start boradcasting more live house gigs on the internet, but again I am not entirely convinced it is any more than a gimmick, although we'll just have to see how it goes.
Oh man! I remember coast to coast now! Used to listen to it way back (I think, unless I'm remembering wrong) late night on 970WFLA AM talk radio. Not a bad show.
Here is an Australian radio show podcasted every week playing everything from latin jazz, funk, hip hop and house stuff if your into that; well worth checking out:
