Hello

I was wondering if you good people would take time to offer some constructive criticism about my blog Carnival Saloon (http://carnivalsaloon.blogspot.com
). As well as general feedback I'd be really keen to hear ideas about to increase traffic to the site.

I've been writing Carnival Saloon since September 2007. It started as a general "hey that's interesting" type blog but after a year or so it became just an MP3 blog. The focus is really stuff I like, mainly twangy Americana, oldies, weird stuff. There's very little new music but quite a lot that's new to me. I really see the blog as an opportunity to enthuse about music I love and introduce people to things they might not have heard before. My traffic only really spikes when I post something about Bob Dylan (via links from expectingrain.com) but I get a daily trickle of visitors via Hype Machine and Elbows.

If any of you have similar blogs then please add me to your blog rolls. I'll happily return the offer.
