My old Blogger blog http://hellolurve.blogspot.com (Thieves By Tuesday*) can now be found at http://thievesbytuesday.wordpress.com. However, Blogger does not redirect my blog to the new one. How can this problem be addressed?

Unfortunately the blog was registered in a free-hosted version for Wordpress. Is there anything we can do about this?
My blog by the way is Thieves By Tuesday (http://hellolurve.blogspot.com).
Blogger deleted it a week ago but fortunately I got 90% of my posts exported to Wordpress (http://thievesbytuesday.wordpress.com).
I can't buy a domain right now because I have technical problems with Paypal.
Will there still be redirection from those who visit my site via Elbo.ws?

If Blogger has deleted your original blog then no, none of the redirections will work I'm afraid.
Not much you can do really except publishing your sitemap to Google/Bing, updating your RSS on Elbo.ws and HypeM, and make sure those linking to your previous blog have updated their bookmarks.

welcome back Ctel! :) did you try this?: "Log in to your account and go to the 'Options' section. Click on the 'Writing' tab. Scroll down to 'Update Services' and add http://elbo.ws/ping/ to the box." (from the bottom of the elbo.ws FAQ page http://elbo.ws/faqs#faq1)
