MFM Redesign

Hey guys, I've been working on V.2 of MFM as it's coming up to it's 1st Birthday. What do you think? I went for a magazine kind of style. Some of it's not fully functional yet like the archives (can anyone suggest a good archive wordpress plugin) and the social widget on the right. But I'm desperate for any comments, critiques to improve it visually and improve ease of use/functionality.

LOVE the redesign. Even the ads look pretty slick (for ads, haha). Where'd you get the theme, if I may ask?

Thanks zechman. The theme is by a few people from Theme Sector called Avenue. Very good theme best I could find and has loads of functions. I like the ads too haha!
@Tiana - thanks, I haven't got the social widget working yet so it's just a picture at the moment - I will get it functioning soon though! I just liked the look of it tbh.
