Anyone care to proffer the most attractive music blogs out there?

Hmm..a favorite would be Earmilk.com for design/colour scheme logo etc. But their site layout is just too confusing for me, if they reduce the content on the frontpage and made it simpler and less bombarding it would be incredible.
Another would be musigh.com
minimalism is always good for music blogs. Very simple but works.
