    Several donewaiting.com staffers, including our photographer Kim Rottmayer, are participating in a race Saturday in Columbus OH for Pet Promise.

    If you'd like to participate in the race and be a part of our team, click here for more information. If you can't participate, but would still like to donate, please click here.

    Our goal is to raise $500. At this point we've raised $270, I think we can do it!

    PetPromise is dedicated to helping to create a world where there are no more homeless pets through education, rescue, sterilization, and adoption.

    I'm all tapped out right now, but that's a great cause well-worth supporting. I used to do a lot of dog rescue work up until 4 of my fosters became permanent.

    A great cause! I just added a link in my latest post to your donation page. I've done a lot of work with rescue groups and no-kill shelters in Chicago. The needs for money, supplies, volunteers are endless...

    i have to share a picture of my brother's dog (who is essentially my dog because he likes me a lot more than he likes my brother!) he's a pure-bred beagle named delco (yes, after the auto place.)

    Just a final thanks, I know some of you donated... We set a lofty goal of $500, and in the end we made $550!!!

    The donewaiting team was the second highest fundraiser of everyone.....
