Does anyone know how to embed video in a blog post so the video plays directly from your site instead of linking to another (like www.youtube.com links do)?

For example - One Good Move [http://onegoodmove.org/1gm] embeds video nicely, but I couldn't get his source code to work for me.

I use this site:

It generates the code for you. However, every time I post an embed or object into my site, the video will load in IE and Opera, but not Firefox, and the formatting is always messed up (not just using this site's code). Any speculation? I can't decide if it's me not knowing how to use the code in wordpress properly, or maybe its wordpress itself, or maybe I'm just destined to not include video on my page.

also youtube.com will play on your site if you click the little play button on the bottom left rather than the big arrow.. it's annoying that they put that arrow there, but just letting you know it is possible.
