Headway or Pagelines

I meant "tighten up" as a way of making your site look more presentable. Since I don't have a lot of time to spend learning how to code and most of the basic wordpress themes don't fit what I'm looking for, I'm wondering if the drag and drop theme frameworks provide a more user friendly experience of creating a decent looking site.

Pagelines is pretty easy to use and customize with its responsive theme. You can just drag and drop elements to create the set up you want. I never learnt how to code but using Firebug you can easily customize it how you want and copy the CSS across into the Pagelines Customize plugin without editing any theme files. Their customer support is also brilliant and they will help you with any problem regardless. I think they also offer a money back system so if you're not happy with it after 60 days you can just get your money back and try another theme.
